Paul King’s career in the glass industry commenced in 1979 when he joined Walsh’s Glass in Western Australia as a Sales Consultant. Two years later he was promoted to Branch Manager, a key role that provided him with the opportunity to gain an intimate understanding of the changing dynamics within the glass industry and the challenges it faced.
When Cooling Brothers Pty Ltd was put up for sale by the previous owners, Paul saw this as the opportunity to realise his goal of transforming the industry by raising the bar on the level of service that (up to that point) customers had been forced to accept. Cooling Brothers is now one of the biggest glass processing companies in Australia, recognised nationally through a number of successful large scale national projects.
