ImagInk ceramic printing opens up a world of creative outcomes for interior designers working in hospitality. Scratch resistant inks are toughened into the glass surface, creating a highly durable surface perfect for areas with high usage and regular cleaning routines.
Designs can be printed with pinpoint accuracy across an extensive colour range, allowing bathroom glazing to either blend into the surrounding space, or stand out as a feature.
Custom laminating allows the creation of previously unachievable one-way mirror shower screens, creating the ultimate finish in luxury and privacy.
We design and manufacture our custom shower screens from our production facilities in Perth and Melbourne. Shower screens are produced in 10mm toughened glass as standard, and are available in a wide range of tints including bronze and dark grey.

How is custom laminated glass produced?
Laminated glass is produced by joining two or more glass panels with an interlayer, typically PVB or SGP. The glass is permanently bonded by applying heat and high pressure in an auto-clave, a vacuum chamber.
Are custom laminates Grade-A safety glass?
Yes, both laminated annealed glass and laminated toughened glass are classified as Grade-A safety glass according to AS 1288-2006 (Australian Standards) 2023. Our custom laminates fall under both of these categories.
Does Cooling Brothers provide support or guidance during design and project planning?
Yes, absolutely. We prefer to work closely with you throughout the full process to ensure the best outcome when we come to print. We have an experienced graphic design team to assist clients through their project. A good starting point is our ImagInk Artist Guide for insights into color accuracy and file preparation.
Is there a fee to use ImagInk Design Collection patterns or textures?
All patterns and textures within the collection are free to use for commercial and residential projects.
What do I need to know when setting up a design for printing using DigiGlass?
Our graphics team is always happy to help set up an artwork or image ready for print. If you prefer to prepare files yourself, please ensure you read our DigiGlass Artist Guide before submitting files for printing.
